As a one woman small business, unfortunately I cannot accept returns.
If your item arrives faulty, please let me know straight away and I will organise getting it back to me to fix or I will send a replacement depending on the item.
If your item needs repair within 30 days - Send me a message and I'll organise getting it back to me for repair.
If your item needs repair after 30 days, I'm still happy to fix it, depending on the item there may be a small cost involved such as shipping.
Either way, please don't hesitate to reach out for any reason!
